Happy holiday weekend everyone! I went down a big giant rabbit hole and literally looked at every single page of J.Crew’s website over the weekend. Inspired by the upcoming 4th holiday, here are are some of my favorites that just happen to be in the classic palette of red, white and blue. (numbers with a * next to them are included in the sale).

*1. red pattern tank - Just add white denim and done.

*2. white ruffle ribbed tank - Feminine take on the classic white ribbed tank. A must-have to tuck into a good pair of pull-on shorts. Comes in other colors and at $20, may as well get two.

*3. bandanna headband - Adore the little bow detail on this. So cute with an all white get-up or even with a solid color swimsuit. Great price too at $15!

*4. tan woven headband - The perfect neutral. And not too summery - can def wear this into fall as well. Only $20 on sale.

5. white high rise denim shorts - Love the high rise, love the button fly. They don’t appear to be too short either.

6. chambray drawstring shorts - Everyone needs a good pair of pull-on, drawstring shorts. These are perfection and I ordered.

7. red one shoulder swim suit - Big fan of this silhouette and the ruffle hides any sort of saggy boob situation (speaking from experience). Has removable pads. A classic you’ll wear for several summers to come. The blue is also super cute!

8. white swing dress / cover up - I’m obsessed with this. Ordered and need to check if it’s see through. Either way a super cute cover-up and hopefully can work as a dress as well. Reviews say to size down. Also comes in pink and goldenrod.

*9. blue gingham swim suit - I saw this on a lady at the pool the other day and it is so cute! Love the cups to keep the gals up. Gingham + eyelit just screams summer. On sale for $50 off.

10. striped v-neck hoodie - This screams chilly night on the dock / beach / boat / lake. I have another sweatshirt from this material and it is thin but not too thin and structured without being crunchy. Another classic style you’ll wear year after year.

*11. white denim jacket - Ok a white denim jacket for $49 is a no-brainer. Layer with denim, dresses, anything! A style staple for that price is such a deal.

*12. red cotton eyelit maxi - Not sure what to wear? Wear this. It’s cotton so its casual, but flowy so it’s dressy. It has a darling cross back. Comes in black too! On sale for $59.

*13. red pattern maxi dress - I ordered this for a lake-side wedding weekend we have at the end of August. Love the pattern, love the length, love the ruffle. This color and print isn’t too overly summery and can go into our warm fall season here in Texas. On sale for 40% off.

*14. white eyelit midi dress - If you’re a bride, you need this dress. The silhouette, the large laser-cut eyelit, the grosgrain belt, it’s all so timeless and flattering. On sale for 40% off making it a steal for that level of detail for $100.

15. blue pattern maxi dress - Sorry to be predictable, but anything with a blue floral block print will make it to my “favorites” list. And this one has that PLUS blue and white stripes. I mean, it couldn’t be better!
